New release, download methods and resources!

Dear users,

LifeV is now available for download on GitHub: From now on this will be the only public distribution method and you are advised to either make a Git clone of this repository or download the repository as a Zip file (functionality provided by GitHub). The current version of LifeV is 3.4.3.

New resources for users can be found on the LifeV project website: Please visit and use the project website, which contains a Wiki and use the Issue tracker for reporting bugs and making feature requests.
