OneDNet: introduction and tutorial

An introduction to the OneDNet class, a data structure describing a network of 1D models for (blood) flow problems. Version 1.0 (applies to the serial branch LIFEV_0_8_1_BRANCH). Most of the contents do however apply to the parallel version (more details in the API)
