Results of the velocity field of plasma filtration through a piece of a arterial wall with an implanted stent. The wall is modelled as a porous medium. The darcy permeability of the wall is K=2.10^-14 cm^2. The flow field results due to a pressure drop of 100 mmHg across the wall. The mean filtration velocity is in the rage of 10^-6 cm/s.
- Darcy solver: uses mixed hybrid FE for the computation of pressure and fluxes through the element faces
