Fluid structure interaction in a compliant cylindrical curved vessel

  • Comment: The fluid-structure solver couples the 3D incompressible Navier-Stokes with the 3D elastodynamic equations (St. Venant-Kirchhof material). At each time step, the resulting non-linear coupled problem is solved using Newton's method with exact jacobian evaluations.
  • Time stepping: 170 time steps of 10e-4 seconds.
