LifeV 0.4.1 is released
A bug crawled in in the 0.4 release: if umfpack is not installed then compilation fails at some point. It has been fixed in both HEAD and the 0.4 branch. Sorry for the problem. you can find the tarball at the usual location on cmcsforge
